Peanut Butter Protein Bars
If you like peanut butter (and who doesn´t) and want extra protein in your diet the this little gem of a recipe for peanut butter protein bars will make you smile. And best of all, It can be done quickly with no baking required.
2 cups of ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Funky Nut Co peanut butter
Handfull of Pecans
How to Make
Put everything for base into food Processor, whizz up and then put into loaf tin and pop in fridge for an hour.(See how easy that is)
For topping melt all ingredients in a bowl over boiling Water, when all melted pour on top of base and pop back in fridge until set.
All you need to do then is sit back and enjoy!!!!
