Delivery (When the funk will I get my stuff?)
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders received by 1pm will be packed and sent same day.
We use two carriers to ship and this will depend on which you choose.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail and can take up 3-4 days to arrive.
Delivery by courier is faster and we aim for next working day. With this you will get a text alert so you know when the nuttiness will arrive.
Limitations (Life isn’t perfect)
We send goods across the UK and into Europe. Royal Mail items are not tracked (That’s too expensive). Next day courier delivery will be either signed for or left with your neighbour. If you have a safe place to leave the parcel we can do that also. If it goes missing though it ain’t my fault.
Deliveries will generally be made “before the close of work” which usually means 5:30pm on the nominated day. We are unable to specify or guarantee a delivery time. We will not be able to offer delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday / Public Holiday.
Costs (The best things in life are free… The better stuff costs a little)
UK Mainland orders which total £25.00 or more and are received online will be delivered free of charge*(excludes Scotland & Ireland).
Orders which do not reach the above values will attract a charge and selected by you.
You must know that.
You agree to inform us within three working days after the nominated delivery day of any complaint, damage or mispicked item. We will endeavour to rectify the problem as efficiently as we can.

We try to make your purchase with us a great experience. Sometimes though things go wrong. If you have not been happy with us for any reason don’t make social media your first port of call to complain. That’s a bit rubbish. Instead get in touch and we will do all we can to fix things. On all products, we offer a seven-day cancellation period after you have received your order. If you wish to take advantage of this please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44 (0)151 630 4551 and we will arrange collection of the order. A refund to your credit card or Paypal account will be made when we get the order back. If the reason for the cancellation is anything but damaged, faulty or incorrect products you will pay the return cost.
If you wish to cancel your order before despatch please email@example.com or telephone +44 (0)151 630 4551 and we will stop the order process and if already charged to your credit card will issue a complete refund.
Out of Stock Situation (Sometimes we sell out)
If we are out of stock and unable to fulfil your entire order we will contact you to verify if you require a substitute or a deduction on your invoice. We can always hold your order until we obtain more stock, or we can process the order without the out of stock item. Whichever you choose the minimum value for free delivery will be the final price of the order which must fit into the categories above.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force on the date of order for the products that are applicable for VAT.
Credit Card Security (You can call and pay)
If you do not wish to place your credit card details on the Internet, we will be happy to take them over the telephone +44 (0)151 630 4551 or by post. These will be disposed of responsibly once we have processed the order.
Age Restrictions (Sorry, kids)
We will only process orders from customers who are eighteen years or over. This is for reasons of Credit Card use.

We will collect personal information when you register with funkynutco.com. This information is used to enable us to process and deliver your order.
