Peanut Butter & Choc Lolly Ice
Summer is coming (Or so the weathermen say). And when the hot weather arrives you will be looking for something to cool you down. Well, how about making these easy peasey peanut butter lolly ices?
500g of Funky Nut Peanut Butter: Of course.
500ml Cream: Double is the way I like to go here.
500g Milk or dark choclate: Anything you like really.
200g Chopped Nuts: Or whatever you want to coat your lolly ice into. Or just go naked.
What to do
Get ready for jusy how easy this is.
Mix cream and peanut butter in a bowl. Add sweetwner if you want and to taste.
Add the mixture to a lolly ice mould (cheap as chips from Amazon) or, Just place the mixture in and container you have (Ice cube trays are cool)
Freeze for a couple of hours or overnight.
Warm the chocolate gently in a microwave and stir while doing this.
When silky soft and warm. Dip you lolly ice into the choc and then sprinkle on your chopped nuts if you want to. Place on some greasproof paper. The chocolate sets right away (ish)
Eat them before your mates come around, or show off your top skills to your mates (really up to you)
